Computer animation is the process of turning digital drawings into moving images! 2D Animation uses the same techniques as frame-by-frame traditional animation and 3D animation uses the same techniques in stopmotion. The only difference is that they are created entirely on a computer! You can see computer animation in movies made by Pixar and Disney!
2D Computer Animation: (ages: 10-15)
Learn computer animation using software used by professionals and industry-leading animators! We offer lessons in ToonBoom Harmony (used to make Spongebob Squarepants, Total Drama, Steven Universe, and more!) and Adobe Suite (used to make Fairly Odd Parents, Steven Universe, Adventure Time, and more!) Experience in drawing is recommended and a magical imagination is required!
